Dragon’s Spirit Tai Chi & Kung Fu Center is located inside the Orthopedic Associates of Wisconsin Indoor Sports Complex at 5330 S Racine Ave New Berlin WI.
This school is in the heritage of the Shaolin Temple, Great Grandmaster Daniel K. Pai, current Grandmaster Glenn C. Wilson, Sigung (Master) Scott Muelling and Sifu (instructor) Jennifer Powell. We study and teach Pai Lum Kung Fu, White Lotus Kenpo, Pai Yung Tai Chi and San Shou....all four disciplines combined are called Pai Lum Tao, "Way of the White Dragon".
These disciplines provide realistic self-defense for the streets, health, and well being; as well as ancient traditions and beautiful art forms of grace and power. We are part of the Gong Yuen Chuan Fa family "The Family of the Hard & Soft Fist".
For your monthly fee, you can attend as many classes as you want each month. Please see the new schedule and fees below.
This school is still growing and evolving, so new classes may be added to meet the demand of current and future students.
I began my training in Pai Lum Tao martial arts in 2012. I originally signed up for the Tai Chi class, due to some health issues I was going through at the time. But when my son started his first Kung Fu class that same week, I thought that looked like fun too, so I started training in Kung Fu as well. I have been training in both ever since and both disciplines have done so much to improve my health and overall well-being. I look forward to sharing this art and all of its benefits with my students in my new role as Sifu.

Sigung Scott Muelling has been my instructor for most of those years, and he will occasionally teach one of my evening classes, as well as special events and seminars.

$50 per month for one student.
$25 per month for each additional family member.
An annual White Dragon Warrior Society membership fee of $30 is also required for each student. This fee supports the awesome organization that teaches me, so I can teach you. Without WDWS, I would not have this knowledge to share with you.
Each WDWS member training for rank is also required to purchase a standard uniform.
Pai Yung Tai Chi is the "internal" discipline of the Pai Lum Tao (Way of the White Dragon). Pai Yung Tai Chi is itself composed of three internal arts: Yang Style Tai Chi, Kwan Nien Chi Kung, and Pai Chi Kon.
Tai Chi Chuan, "Grand Ultimate Fist", is an ancient art of slow, rhythmic movements, providing internal training for health and strength. The motions also have self defense applications. Many health benefits are now documented in Western Science, including lowering blood pressure, reduced lower back pain, improved balance, reduced stress, and an overall sense of well-being.
Pai family style of Tai Chi not only includes the popular Yang style short and long forms, but also includes ancient internal training such the temple exercises, Buddhist Monk Boxing, Ghost Walking form, Pushing Hands and Iron Palm to name a few.

Pai Lum ("White Dragon") Kung Fu is an ancient art with origins in the Shaolin temple. Unlike karate, kung fu is more circular in its motions, continuously flowing, with more "open" hand attacks. It includes hand strikes, grappling, kicking, body conditioning, iron palm, “swai jow”, "chin na" and much more. The white dragon studies all the animals of the temple in order to learn to strategies and types of self defense: Tiger, Crane, Leopard, Snake, and Dragon as well as many unusual animal movements and theories such as White Ape, Mantis, Monkey and Shark.
To advance through the ranks, the student must become proficient in kuens (forms), fist sets (self defense techniques), drills, sparring techniques, theory, and weapon training.
Wednesday evenings: 5:30-7:00pm
